Lake Marie Property Owners' Association PO Box 465 Mercer, MO 64661 (660) 382-4216 ************************* Lake Marie is located near Mercer, MO. ************** Lake Marie's current property owners' population is approximately 189 members. ****************** Lake Marie's lakes are all stocked with Blue Gill, Bass, Crappie, Catfish & Walleye. ********************* Membership Dues is $350.00 per year per dwelling owned and are due January 1 of each year with a 10% penalty after March 1 of each year. Membership Dues covers: upkeep/maintenance of roads and association owned properties, Garbage collection, Office utilities, phone & internet services...etc...etc. ********************************* All Lake Marie property is privately owned, therefore each individual property owner is responsible for the upkeep of his/her's property. ** A minimum of 6 mowings is required per season/per lot, (if unable to do this yourself it is also required that you seek someone yourself to take care of this). *********** The main lake is the ONLY body of water at Lake Marie that permits wake recreation, however wake is only permitted between the hours of 10:00am & 7:00pm. |
