| ==Emergency Meeting Plan== Board Members Rod Twedt & Richard Sibbit along with member Richard Cormeny attended an Emergency Meeting Plan at Viking Lake in Gallatin, Missouri April 19, 2011. This meeting was to outline evacuation plans in Dam failure emergencies. Four notebooks outlining Lake Marie’s plan needed to be made and distributed to the Mercer County Sheriff, Twin Lakes Association, the Emergency Action Director Mark Thompson and a copy is to be kept for Lake Marie Property Owners Association. |

| ((Covenants and Restrictions Committee)) This committee consists of 14 members. They meet every month after the monthly Board meetings. This committee was organized to review and revamp the Covenants and Restrictions to better suit Lake Marie. The deadline to do this is December 2012. This is very time consuming and the Board would like to thank these committee members for their time and input in this matter. |
