Projects Work is underway to create extra storage at the Maintenance Shed. Due to the amount of equipment needed to keep Lake Marie in operations we have outgrown our existing building. ** Dirt has been placed at the Marina with the future plans to till & re-seed this Fall…(anyone interested in volunteering to help on this project is welcome). ** Two new Toilets are to be replaced at the Clubhouse to replace the bad out dated ones. ** Ditch & Tube work where necessary. ** Grading of Roads, Gravel placement and Clearing of Brush. ** A new floor has been put in the Women’s bathroom at the Clubhouse, with future plans to replace the Men’s as well.
***Dumpsters** To hold down cost, the numbers of Dumpsters have been reduced for the winter months. This will save the Association $400. per month. *Please use the dumpsters for “Trash Only”! And burn whenever possible.
((Destruction)) Beavers are destroying trees on property and plugging up drainage tubes!! They are starting to cause serious problems for both Hidden Valley and the main Lake. Any ideas or suggestions you might have would be appreciated.
The Budget ******* Its Budget time again! Any project or improvement suggestions are welcome and appreciated, (the sooner the better) so these suggestions can be set into the Budget for consideration.
